Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026. This policy describes how personal information is handled in connection with Dadou Corporation's showcase website.
Who is responsible. This website is operated by Dadou Corporation, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Dadou Corporation's privacy officer is David Janvier, Founder. For any question about this policy or your information: dadoucorporationofficial@outlook.com.
What this site does — and does not do. This is a static showcase website: it creates no accounts, sets no tracking cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and transmits no form data to a server. The forms compose an email in your own mail application, which you decide whether to send. The site itself therefore receives and stores no form data.
Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive the information you choose to send (name, email address, message content). Our professional email is provided by Microsoft Outlook; accordingly, emails may be processed by Microsoft, including outside Quebec. We use this information only to answer your request and follow up on it; we do not sell it or share it for commercial purposes. We keep emails related to a request for no more than 12 months after the last exchange, and emails related to partnership discussions for no more than 24 months, after which they are deleted — except where a documented legal or business exception applies (for example, an ongoing dispute or accounting obligations).
Hosting and technical logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical logs related to visits (IP address, browser, timestamps) in order to deliver the service and protect it against abuse; this processing may take place on its global network, including outside Quebec. Dadou Corporation does not use these logs for marketing or profiling. Cloudflare's policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
No exchange with our applications. This site receives no personal information from DadouSkin, DadouHairAI or DadouGlow; those applications have their own privacy policies, available on their respective websites.
Your rights. You may exercise the rights provided by applicable laws — including access to your personal information, its correction and its deletion, and the withdrawal of consent — in accordance with the conditions set out in those laws. To exercise a right, write to dadoucorporationofficial@outlook.com stating your request; reasonable verification of your identity may be required. We respond within the time limits set by applicable laws, generally within 30 days of receiving the request; some requests may be subject to exceptions provided by law, in which case we will explain. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Security. Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the professional mailbox is limited to authorized persons at Dadou Corporation.
Changes. Any update to this policy is published on this page, with its date.
